Blonde ambition under the disco ball, gay Hercules glam, and a neon heart, Reid Zakos was born in Calgary into a musical family, with a charismatic stage presence from birth he started studying dance and musical theatre and writing his own lyrics at 11.

His biggest musical influences include Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, Troye Sivan, and Madonna. He moved to Vancouver in 2018 and arrived with his first full-length album “Legends & Myths” in 2020, many of the songs written about self-acceptance and empowerment, influenced by nu-disco, synthwave, and greek mythology.

Reid’s music was quickly embraced by queer audiences, playlists, radio stations landing him on iHeartRadio’s Pride Playlist in 2021.

A few years later, in 2023, Reid released his sophomore album “Brighter” centred around a more 2010s-era dance-pop sound.

He then released a collaborative album with Vancouver producer and songwriter in 2024 called “SACRED”. New music on the way in 2026!
