Confident, fierce, and dramatic - Reid Zakos emits a bright and unique aura through his theatrical voice.

Born in Calgary, but now based in Vancouver, Reid began performing at an early age and writing songs by 11 years old.

He quickly grew into a dazzling live entertainer exploring theatre, dance, jazz, and pop music.

Starting a YouTube channel back in 2008, Reid has gained over 114,000+ video views on the platform.

Inspired by trailblazing artists such as Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, and Troye Sivan, he also blends messages of self-acceptance and empowerment with infectious dance-floor-ready productions and power ballads.

His first two albums “Legends & Myths” and “Brighter” established him as an emerging queer talent. He was embraced by LGBTQ+ radio stations and playlist curators, and also landed on iHeartRadio’s Pride Playlist in 2021.

He has ventured into genres of house and alt-pop, and collaborated on singles with Paul Michael, Khaled Rahime, Jayden Mckenzie, and more.

In July 2024 he released a full album collaboration with RedPanda Productions serving as his third album project (over five years in the making), “SACRED”.

In 2025 he will release an EP of duets with Jayden Mckenzie and collaborate with other new artists.
