REIDWORLD

In 2014 Reid joined forces with his father and piano player Adrian Haggis to form the Jazz/Pop duo REIDWORLD. The pair perform acoustic jazz standards, as well as piano/vocal renditions of some of Reid’s favourite pop songs including Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson, No Doubt, Amy Winehouse, Christina Aguilera, & more. They have also composed many original songs together, and reworked some of Reid’s electronic songs into acoustic versions. Their first gig major together was at the Black & White Ball Fundraiser hosted by Decidedly Jazz Danceworks at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel in Calgary in 2015. They’ve also played at other venues and fundraisers in Alberta including Ironwood, Wine-Ohs, Woody’s Taphouse, and more.
